RESISTANT TO EARTHQUAKS

 

The wood fiber blocks bonded with cement are placed dry, thus eliminating the various disadvantages of the mortar and subsequently filled with concrete to create a high load support structure.

These structural characteristics allow the use in first and second category seismic areas.

FIRE RESISTANT AND CERTIFIED REI120 AND REI240

 

Fire resistance is a very important aspect for buildings, which must be taken into consideration during the design phase and when purchasing the house.
When buying the house you must be careful not only to save energy, but also to the behavior of building materials in the event of fire. Therefore, we recommend that you always choose materials that have obtained REI fire resistance certifications.
This construction system offers maximum security even in the aspect of fire resistance (REI 120 - REI240 without plaster) since the concrete and the reinforcement are inside the mold block and therefore protected from wood-cement; the wood is subjected to a natural process of mineralization that makes it inert (inorganic) and therefore cannot be attacked by fire, molds and parasites.

EXPLOSION RESISTANCE

 

It was demonstrated that, in the event of an explosion, even in the absence of two angles on an intermediate floor, the building does not collapse, since the system of vertical and horizontal reinforcements contained in the hollow blocks, connected to the respective slab edges, protects the integrity of the upper floors.

SIGNIFICANT ENERGY SAVINGS IN CLASS A4

 

The fiber of wood agglomerated with mineralized cement is produced by the union of two truly excellent building materials, wood and cement.

Mixing wood fiber, water and cement with a natural mineral leads to the mineralization of the wood. Mineralization allows the wood to lose its organic properties, making it inert and therefore resistant to external agents, such as insects, parasites and molds.
At the same time, mineralization retains the characteristics of thermoacoustic insulation of wood.

EXCELLENT THERMAL INERTIA

 

The porosity of the material also guarantees the breathability of the wall allowing the natural adjustmentof humidity (very low resistance to the passage of steam, μ = 5.9) and preventing the formation of condensation and mold. The result is exceptionally comfortable living conditions in the bedrooms and considerable energy savings, which translate into lower heating costs in winter and cooling in summer.
In addition, the cemented wooden fiber block construction system offers excellent extra insulation with minimal maintenance, thanks to the shape of the blocks themselves.

The insulating layer, whose thickness can reach 18 cm, is covered by a layer of wood fiber bonded with cement to ensure maximum protection and breathability.
